Step 1 - Order your test kit online directly from MDMaxx.  If you are purchasing this test for travel, place you order at least 5 days before you need to take the test if possible.

Step 2 Once you have your test kit, schedule your video observation call within the timeframe that you need to take your test. Please note that you will have to take your first On/Go test 24-48 hours before you take your telehealth-validated test. Be sure to review the rules required by your employer or travel destination.

Step 3 At the time of your video call, you’ll be connected to a proctor who will guide you through the testing process for your specific test. Open your test kit only after you are in the video call with your test proctor.

Step 4 After just 15 minutes, you will have your proctor-verified results. You’ll receive an SMS and an email link to view your results.
