Currently we only ship in USA.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, If you find a lower price on factory new equipment from one of our competitors, please send a link to the equivalent product or a copy of the quotation with a lower price to cs@heartwellmed.com. Our specialists will review and contact you to complete the order at the new price.

Closed Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept insurance as a form of payment. However, if your insurance provider provides reimbursement options please let us know if we may assist with any official quotes or pricing.
