Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Free ground shipping on orders of $ 250 or more.
  • Some heavier and oversized items cannot be shipping via ground service and need to be shipped by truck. They are excluded from our free shipping policy and additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery and white glove service, when available, will be charged an additional fee.
  • Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous states, ( eg. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico APO and FPO) will have additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@heartwellmed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

When placing your order, please provide us with a physical delivery address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. In most cases, a 10% restock fee will be subtracted from your refund amount. In addition, we will not issue a refund for shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cs@heartwellmed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
